Modern Microsoft Environment | Intune | Autopilot | Entra ID If you're the person everyone turns to for Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID and endpoint management, this is an opportunity to join a global organisation where you'll play a key role in modernising and supporting a large Microsoft environment. This role combines hands on Level 2/3 support with systems administration and endpoint management, giving you the opportunity to work across the latest Microsoft technologies rather than simply resetting passwords and closing tickets. What you'll be doing Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support across desktop, server and Microsoft 365 environments. Manage and support Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and Entra ID. Package, deploy and maintain software and applications across the business. Configure and deploy laptops, desktops and mobile devices. Support onboarding, device provisioning and user lifecycle management. Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows Server and VMware. Monitor and maintain server, network and endpoint infrastructure. Resolve incidents through ServiceNow while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Work closely with infrastructure, networking and security teams on technical initiatives and continual improvement. What we're looking for You'll bring a strong blend of desktop support and systems administration experience, along with a genuine passion for modern endpoint management. Ideally you'll have experience with: Microsoft Intune Windows Autopilot Microsoft Entra ID Application packaging and software deployment Windows 10 and Windows 11 Microsoft 365 Active Directory Windows Server ServiceNow VMware Mobile device management DNS, DHCP and networking fundamentals You'll also be someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of issues and genuinely enjoys helping people.
